Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction: " We offer the highest level of expertise and service in the industry" Diesel Pro Truck Service Ltd. is currently looking for a Truck repair foreman/woman. Main Duties: Oversee, manage, and plan the tasks of technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty trucks and vehicles. Provide technical support for technicians when necessary. Develop strategies to adhere to work timelines and liaise with parts, mechanics and office teams for smooth operations. Ensure all repairs are being documented using the Complaint, Cause, and Correction style of documentation and ensures all other information is included (i. e. pictures, sublet invoices, component serial numbers, etc. ) Maintain stock of frequently used parts, oils/lubes and necessary materials. Prioritize timely and quality repair work in line with customer expectations before the estimated time of completion Address operational challenges, suggest measures to enhance efficiency, and compile reports on production and other relevant areas. Educate and train workers, while advising on staff-related decisions, including recruitment and advancement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and oversee the tasks of associated apprentices, helpers, and mechanics.
