Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/08/2024 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: TravelJob Opportunities Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel - MRI TechShift: Days / 7:30a-4p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-FLength: 12 weeksCall: every 4th weekEvery 4th Sunday 0; every other holidayRequirements: OH License Minimum of 2 years of experience Experience with IV Starts Must have experience with Siemens scanners BLS ARRTOther details: EPIC EMR Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facilityTraveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility-----Position: MRI Technologist---Shift: 5x8's (Mon-Fri 0); every 4th Sunday 0; every other holiday---Call: every 4th week---May be open to 4x10 scheduleMinimum Requirements (4043):---Minimum of 2 years of experience for travelers---Must have experience with Siemens scanners---ARRT (current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)---BLS Certification---Experience with IV Starts is needed for this roleFacility Info: Unit has (2) 1.5T Siemen's Aera scanners. We perform neuro, MSK and abdominal scans. "Specialty" exams include breasts, enterography and patients with pacemakers. We do not perform cardiac, prostate, CSF flow studies or MSA extremities. We have an MRI safe ventilator (stored in ICU) & an MRI safe IVAC along with MRI safe monitoring equipment. ICU patients are scanned regularly. We do not perform conscious sedation.
