Trainee PI Claims Handler Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £24,000, plus regular pay increases Location: Eastleigh Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their Motor Claims Personal Injury Team, as a Trainee PI Claims Handler alongside completing a level 4 Insurance Apprenticeship. As a Trainee PI Claims Handler, you will be joining a professionally qualified and supportive team, working towards completing your own qualifications and developing the technical and non-technical skills to manage your own portfolio of personal injury claims. You will complete a structured development programme with an 18-month insurance apprenticeship where learners will achieve their CII Diploma, a highly reputable qualification in the financial services industry. Below are some of the key areas that a Trainee PI Claims Handler will be involved in: Responsible for handling a number of claims from the initial customer contact through to the settlement of the claim, with values of up to £25,000. Understand the principles and practices of insurance through the completion of the CII Diploma. Develop a thorough understanding of Ageas Motor Insurance products and Motor Claims handling processes, by providing first class customer service and cost control for first- and third-party claims.
