Job Title: Trainee Digital Construction Manager Location: Manchester Salary: Up to 27,000 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent / Full time (Hybrid/Remote) About the role: The Trainee Digital Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting the digital construction efforts across the company. This role will enable all digital construction projects to be completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Support Group BIMs Research and Development Progress Support the progress of research and development in areas such as: 5D and 4D modelling Sustainability and Carbon management Project and design management Project delivery support Fire stopping procedure Support Delivery Across the Business Provide support and training to different departments and subsidiaries within the business to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of projects Support the ISO19650 Certification Process Support the preparation and updating of documentation to deliver the ISO Certification process Support the wider group implementation of ISO and company standards Maintain the Digital Construction Documents and Intranet (Hub) Page Support the management and maintenance of the Digital Construction documentation and hub page, keeping it up: to: date and relevant Continuously improve knowledge and skills pertaining to this role i. e. UK BIM Framework, Building Safety Act, new and updated ISO standards etc Support the Implementation of Various Software and Systems Support the implementation of various software and systems such as: Common Data Environment (CDE) Clash Detection procedure(s) Information Management procedure(s) Design Management procedure integration Conduct Regional Project Reviews Regularly conduct regional project reviews to backss progress, identify issues, and devise solutions and ongoing support needs Configure New Software Solutions for Delivery Work on the configuration of new software solutions.
