Position Overview: As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic on our construction site. Your primary responsibilities will include directing traffic, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians, and communicating effectively with site personnel and the public. Key Responsibilities: Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely around the construction site. Monitor and control access points to the site. Maintain clear and effective communication with site personnel and the public. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Assist with the implementation of traffic management plans. Report any incidents or hazards promptly to the site supervisor. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with others. Key Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshall certification. CSCS card. Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites. Knowledge of traffic management and health and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast: paced environment. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
