Your Role Utilize advanced engineering knowledge to prepare the development of system performance measurement tools, standard operating policies/procedures, deficiency reports and mitigation plans to improve the traffic flow or safetyIndependently analyze, assess, and interpret data, conditions, and systems to plan and execute traffic signal retiming projects, covering the data collection phase through the project reporting phaseSign and seal engineering reports as Engineer of Record (EOR)Train staff on traffic engineering fundamentals as well as advanced tactics to efficiently move trafficProvide engineering support for our TSM and O performance monitoring platformsMaintain knowledge of ATMS platforms, optimization software, and analysis softwareInteract professionally and proactively with clients to ensure clients are highly satisfied Requirements: Bachelor's of Science in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering LicenseMinimum 5 years of experience related to Traffic EngineeringExpertise in Synchro, CADD, GIS, traffic signal controller platforms, and all ATMS platformsProfessional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certificate, or ability to obtain within 3 monthsCapable of completing Signal Timing Specialist Qualification program within 1 yearIMSA Traffic Signals I Certification and IMSA Traffic Signals II (Field or Bench) Certification, or ability to complete within 1 year What They Offer Salary: 100,000:150,000, depending on experienceState:of:the:art facilities and equipmentCompetitive base salary plus applicable bonusesVery strong benefits package : Medical for employeeand dependents, Dental, Vision, 21 days PTO, 401kRelocation Assistance to Tampa or Orlando If you are organized, have excellent communication skills and understand how the smallest details affect the big picture,we want to hear from you.Please submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
