Subsidiary: Miller Paving Limited Location: Markham Summary The Miller Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Accountant Adminitsrator who will be closely working to ensure that purchase orders and vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The incumbent will be located at Brennan Office in Markham. As an Accountant Administrator, You Will; Enter Purchase Order Receipts and creating AP voucher in the accounting system JD Edwards Upload PO receipts and AP invoices onto On Base Co-ordinate with Non-PO invoice coding Monitor the status of pending invoices Assist with month end closing Assist with office administration What You'll Bring; A Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and accounting experience. 2+ years’ relevant experience preferred Effective organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities Keen attention to details and focused on accuracy of invoices Problem solving skills to identify issues and generate optimal solutions Excellent oral and written Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package.
