We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tenancy Management Support Officer in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: As the frontline officers, Tenancy Management Support Officers play a crucial role in the coordination of work, liaising with tenants and external agencies. Key responsibilities include: Assist the team in coordinating work, including booking appointments and responding to telephone enquiries. Manage garage stock, including inspection and letting of all garages. Administer the Housing parking permit scheme. Provide an initial telephone response service to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies, and officers regarding tenancy management queries. Liaise with tenants and external agencies to schedule appointments. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: Strong communication skills. Experience in delivering excellent customer service. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn. A valid Enhanced DBS check. The ability to drive is necessary for this role.
