Were looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious and dynamic Telesales Manager to join our clients Exeter based business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our clients telesales operations, shape and drive sales performance, and provide valuable leadership to an existing team. Working with the senior management team, you will be setting up aggressive growth targets for telesales operations. You will develop a strategy for achieving them, and then implement it. Youll need to use your excellent track: record in telesales to ensure that the teams work is both efficient and productive. Youll be responsible for the day: to: day management of the telesales representatives, and youll need to ensure that they are all meeting weekly and monthly sales targets. This will involve regular monitoring of performance, goal setting and motivational strategies. Youll need to work closely with other departments to quickly scale up demands, and provide adequate sales support for new initiatives. Were looking for a telesales specialist with at least 3 years of telesales management experience. Ideally, you will come from a telecommunications industry background, but any telesales professional with a successful record in sales will be considered. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, and have extensive knowledge of telesales operations, team management and development. You will need to have an analytical mind, be able to coach and develop teams on a regular basis and you will be expected to be hands on, We offer a competitive salary package + bonus, and an outstanding opportunity for career growth.
