Develop your admin skills in a role that will offer you long term career opportunities and the chance to be part of a large public sector organisation working within the Social Care sector. In the Telecare Administrator job, you will be: Answering phone queries regarding Telecare, creating a first point of contact for the department Interrogating databases in order to answer queries Managing Outlook inbox; categorising and completing tasks Processing a variety of referrals Sending delivery notes to partner agency Processing daily faults and ordering equipment through internal database Maintaining accurate records and information and other admin duties as and when required To be considered for the Telecare Administrator job you must have: Previous experience within a similar clerical-based role Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrating a courteous and calm telephone manner Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality Demonstrable IT experience including data input and retrieval This is a temporary, full time vacancy Monday to Friday, for initially 12 weeks and will be office based in Colwyn Bay.
