Description:

A Technical Trainer II -SME is responsible for delivering product training to clients. Will also assist with managing on-going partner relationships for training programs to solicit feedback and learning qualifications. This position involves a variety of roles including mentoring Technical Trainer I/II personnel on technical matters and troubleshooting, performing internal technical training of Technical Support Specialists (TSS) and NOC technicians, and assisting in the development of course curricula. The perfect candidate for this position must have experience with Microsoft SQL as well as extensive experience and proficiency with systems administration and configuration. The model applicant should have experience developing and delivering software training in a telecommunications environment. Excellent applicants will have experience in an entrepreneurial environment as well as a experience with public safety software and protocols.
