We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our clients in Brighton. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Technical Support Specialist role located in Brighton. The Technical Support Specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Customer Support skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Experience in software or hardware technical support or related field Experience with remote technical support via phone or email Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant Qualifications that would be beneficial are strong writing and interpersonal skills.
