To perform concrete testing, monitor job site placements, quality control, customer liaison and monitor safety on the job. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Supervise concrete QC procedures and ensure compliance with company, CSA and MTO policies. Conduct plant and onsite inspections and testing to ensure compliance with mix and project specifications. Monitor pour schedules and insure QC presence on High Priority projects. Field and laboratory testing of concrete and aggregates. Prepare QC job reports and submit to QC Manager, Sales and Operation Managers. Ability to resolve quality issues to maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to track product performance and report findings to QC Manager. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Skills - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
