You will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, driving excellence in service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the site. Key Responsibilities: 1 Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership in all technical matters, encompassing electrical and mechanical systems. 2 Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high: performance work environment. 3 Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all technical systems. 4 Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all technical systems and processes comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards. 5 Budget Management: Take ownership of the budget for technical services, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost: saving opportunities. 6 Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to secure necessary services and materials, negotiating contracts when needed. 7 Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures to handle technical system failures and ensure minimal downtime. 8 Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track and improve.
