Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Completes & contributes to IT Operations tasks under general guidance possibly including installation, migration, or updates of IT Services Respond to, identify and troubleshoot issues current IT Operations hardware, software, or process using ticket logging system May configure and maintain systems and monitoring tools and proactively respond to problems that may occur Collaborates with Global partners to support business operations Contribute to technical & process documentation (user guides, knowledge articles) Supports providing communication & training to Global business partners Has growth mindset and awareness of current Service Management best practice Responsible for achieving operational stability for IT Operations area / domain Assists in implementing best practice to support new / changed IT Services / processes at a low level of complexity.
