One of my developer client, operating across West London, is expanding its team to cater for the next phase. They seek a skilled Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator to contribute to their projects success. This fixed: term role offers an exciting opportunity for a proficient individual to join a dynamic team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient communication and implementation of plans. Using relevant IT software to manage the progression and programme of the project. Facilitate and manage information flow between internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to problem: solving and decision: making processes during project execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator role is preferred, but not essential. Happy to receive applications from those within consultancy. Familiarity with working in a developer or main contractor environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in IT and relevant software for project management and coordination. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast: paced construction environment.
