A new opportunity for a motivated and skilled Technical Administrator to join our Energy, Utilities, and Sustainability team has arisen. The Technical Administrator will be key to supporting the team's Energy, Environmental and Sustainability activities. About the Role: A new role within the E&F Energy, utilities and Sustainability function to provide support to the team in delivering the extensive volume of work required to manage and maintain the Campus' Energy & Environmental management and Sustainability. The role includes new specific responsibilities in the area of COMMS, Sigma energy management software and database administration, Data Input, Stakeholder Reporting, Bill Validation, Green Travel Engagement, ISO Integrated Management System support and also provide sustainability specific administrative duties to the wider team. You will be responsible for: day-to-day delivery of internal/external CESS COMMS and Awareness, including but not limited to maintaining, adapting and adding content to the E&F/CESS intranet pages, working group communications, campus-wide bulletins, researching and reporting on external related content and supporting/facilitating environmental sustainability awareness events. supporting the team with Carbon data collation and performance monitoring, reporting, working group minutes/support, and communications to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives and provide regular updates on progress. administrating the energy management software platform and maintaining database integrity. accurate and timely input of data and provide support with stakeholder reporting, trend analysis, insights for decision-making and identifying opportunities for energy reduction. assist with validating and processing energy.
