Our products are designed by industry leading engineers, and manufactured to exacting specifications. - Our knowledgeable team takes metal castings and other raw materials and turns them into the high-performing products we are known for around the world. - For more information, visit our website: www.md-kinney.com.Job Summary -The Tear Down Technician should possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work overtime as needed. -Responsibilities Assemble blowers and exhausters according to blueprints; Work with the Engineering Department and the Quality Assurance Department to troubleshoot and solve problems; Apply standard work practices; Follow all safety rules, environmental regulating procedures and utilize required safety equipment when appropriate; Adhere to 6s (5s) principles, clean, organize, and properly store all equipment; Operate Crane and Fork Truck to move equipment and parts (training and certification provided by the company); Operate machinery and hand tools as necessary. -Basic Qualifications - Blue print and ruler knowledge; Excellent hands on experience with basic hand tools; Excellent mechanical skills and small parts assembly proficiency; Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally; - -What we OfferIngersoll Rand offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes, but is not limited to: 401K (Matching up to 6%) Medical plans, Dental, Vision Vacation & Sick Leave Company provided short term & long term disability, life insurance and employee assistance programs Company stock -Ownership Works Grant: When you have reached your one-year service anniversary with Ingersoll Rand, you will become eligible to receive a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will equal 10% of your annual base salary in grant date value.
