About the Role Team Member at The Camden Bar & Kitchen – Stansted Airport Pay rate: £11.57 per hour and an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £12.77 per hour plus service charge/tips. We are the leading operator of restaurants, bars, cafes, food courts and retail stores in airports, train stations, motorway service areas and other leisure locations. We are looking for Full Time (35 hrs per week) Team Members ready to accept this hands-on role in The Camden Bar & Kitchen at Stansted Airport. As a Team Member you will work a variety of shifts between 3am - 10pm but with our friendly atmosphere you will feel like it’s your second home. Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role. Responsibilities of Team Member: Demonstrate knowledge of The Camden Bar & Kitchen products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Maintain Brand standards within your workstation Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance What we require from our Team Member: Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol.
