The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of experience in tax, including partnerships and MA. Large law firm experience is preferred. They must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. The candidate should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help grow the practice and serve clients.Duties:Provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of tax matters, including partnerships and MA transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis to support tax-related projects and initiatives.Draft legal documents, including agreements, memoranda, and opinions, related to tax matters.Assist with tax planning and strategy development for clients.Represent clients in tax-related disputes and controversies, including audits and appeals.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.2-3 years of experience in tax law, preferably in a large law firm setting.Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.Demonstrated experience with partnerships and MA transactions.Excellent academic credentials, including a strong academic record.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Certifications:Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development.Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. This is a large Denver firm with strong roots in the Rocky Mountain region.
