The role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team based from our offices in Falmouth or Wallingford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move from agency recruitment into an in-house role or who has previously had experience working in an internal recruitment role. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead South and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. You will also work with other Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager and local HR Management and Advisors to provide regular updates on recruitment progress, to ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UK and support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.
