As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for high volume, complex and specialized roles for our Canadian Banking division. You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Be passionate about finding the right talent for the right role, using various sourcing channels, and leveraging a talent pipeline. Help your team and work with other areas of HR to ensure success and positive candidate experiences Thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Dedicate yourself to building strategic relationships with hiring managers while ensuring exceptional service and diligence. Achieve goals/targets gives you a great deal of intrinsic satisfaction. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Progressive recruiter experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies. The ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience innovatively sourcing candidates through various channels. Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions. A post-secondary degree or diploma. Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication. What's in it for you?
