Hydro One’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Consultant to develop meaningful relationships with the business and candidates to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best talent for our diverse and inclusive organization. General Accountabilities: Create a seamless and positive experience for hiring manager and prospective candidates Manage recruitment process from start to finish for unionized and non-unionized positions: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, processing references and background checks to the offer stage Provide guidance to hiring managers in all areas of internal and external recruitment including: sourcing strategies, policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to provisions of the appropriate Collective Agreements and applicable legislation Hydro One brand ambassador by supporting and championing company’s recruitment branding strategy to attract top talent Develop and manage pipeline of potential candidates for client groups through proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management Participate and lead Talent Acquisition related projects and initiatives as required Coordinate and participate in career fairs, information sessions, networking events,.
