Lead Supported Living Worker Cedar Tree Court, Whitley Bay Permanent full time (37.5 hpw), working on a rota basis Pay £11.51 to £12.25 per hour (£22,500 to £23,959 pa) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong Want to be part of a team that really cares and empowers you to help change a customer’s life for the better? As our Lead Supported Living Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex mental health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in our CQC service. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Typical day as a Lead Supported Living Worker Supporting customers with learning disabilities. Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs outlined in their support plan Support to attend appointments, take part in hobbies and interests or attend college or work Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.
