Supported Housing Officer Adur, West Susinteraction Temporary Full Time - Hybrid We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Officer to join a team based in West Susinteraction on a full-time temporary ongoing basis, with an initial contract period of 3 months. This is a Hybrid role, and attendance at schemes in the Adur district are required 3 days weekly. The Supported Housing Officer will support residents wellbeing by managing tenancies. This role requires in-depth knowledge of housing legislation, and experience working closely with members of the public. Please note a full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role. Requirements Previous experience working in a similar role, in Supported Housing is essential Knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and procedure Experience of providing good tenancy, housing and leasehold advice, and knowledge of best practice and compliance procedureinteractioncellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible manner Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlineinteractionperience providing an effective service to members of the public Full UK Driving License required Role Expectations Provide a high quality housing management service which deals with tenancy and leasehold management services within the local social housing stock Provide advice for safeguarding and health and well-being on a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills and the promotion of personal independence Profile tenants at risk of.
