Support Worker Huddersfield Permanent, part time Weekends only (15 hpw) Salary £21,314 per annum (pro rata) (£10.90 per hour) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong. You’ll be part of a team of Support Workers and Coordinators centred around our customers needs, which may include, substance misuse, mental health related issues, housing and finance related support. You will be at the heart of supporting our customers, who have experienced homelessness, helping them to overcome barriers to live independently in the community. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! This is not a CQC service and does not involve personal care. Typical day as our Support Worker Helping customers with activities such as completing housing related support, budgeting and benefits, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Experience of supporting others, you may have worked in housing or have experience of supporting others such as family members or friends.
