Job Duties: 1. Manage, motivate, and lead a team of supply chain & administrative/sales support staff.2. Direct accountability for a variety of key performance objectives including sales supports, timely response to customer inquiries, customer feedback and other administrative supports.3. Manage, monitor, and report the financial performance and budget control of activities related to purchasing and administrative supports.4. Monitor and support parts on daily and weekly tasks related to supply chain/inventory management, scrap parts, parts abnormality management, etc.5. Organize and direct weekly, monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliation to keep track of partial and full inventory counts and ensure their accuracy.6. Interpret the end user’s requirements, apply these appropriately, and develop innovative features in line with customers’ business requirements.7. Act as an agent of change within the organization supporting the need for continuous improvements while maintaining the operational budget.8.
