INVISTA is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team that partners with our Supply Chain and Commercial capabilities in support of the Order to Cash process. As we continue to partner with and transform our Supply Chain and Commercial capabilities, you will be responsible for driving, challenging, and leading continuous improvement in our processes and technologies that enable our customers to effectively utilize our products and reduce complexity in the user experience. Additionally, you will be providing executional support for global project initiatives and identifying process enhancements. As part of a global team, you will need to have good communication skills, a contribution mindset, be able to adapt to changing demands, and build strong relationships. What You Will Do Conduct analysis and research to determine best path for solving business problems and opportunities Understand and document complex business processes and functional requirements, providing support and guidance to technical team as they develop technical specifications to support Design, configure, test, implement, maintain and support functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules SD, TM/EM, WM, GTS, as well as Salesforce Service, Sales, Experience, and Manufacturing Clouds Construct flow and decision diagrams to document business processes Facilitate and lead communication when requirements need further clarification or adjustments due to technical constraints Quickly learn new systems and products based on business needs Integrate effectively with a cross functional team to execute product or project deliverables in a timely manner Self starter who proactively collaborate with internal product teams, vendors, and business partners to solve problems that.
