What You Will Do We have an excellent opportunity within our Northern Europe Headquarters in High Wycombe for a Full Time role, that encapsulates 50% of the role as a Nordics Supply Operations Analyst & 50% of the role as Amazon Customer Service Manager. Clearly this will offer lots of breadth, diversity & variety within the role & provides a clear opportunity to deliver with impact across many touch points. The ultimate aim of this role is to positively improve & optimize the service level that we strive to deliver for our Customers & Consumers alike, each & every day. Key Responsibilities The Nordics Supply Operations Analyst element of the role will encompass working closely with our Regional Supply Organization, 3rd Party Warehouses and will work proactively work with the Nordics Commercial and Customer Service teams to maximize availability and optimize supply. Undertake root cause analysis of UFR impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply. Analyse supply and demand. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
