Project Planning:**- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.- Develop a detailed construction plan for the tilt-up phase, considering safety, quality, and efficiency.**2. Tilt-Up Panel Casting:**- Coordinate and supervise the casting of tilt-up panels on-site or at a precast facility.- Ensure proper concrete mix design, formwork setup, and curing procedures are followed.**4. Safety Compliance:**- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.**5.
