They are a forward-thinking creative site that is constantly looking to grow in the market. They have a big team ethos and will happily train and develop the successful candidate. BENEFITS - 36 hours per week, - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm - Temporary position - On-site Parking - 22 - days holiday plus bank holidays THE ROLE OF A - FACILITIES ADMIN ASSISTANT - To support a large team within the delivery department - Register and process all products that come into and out of the department, supporting the organisation on-site. - Plus, be able to produce accurate delivery notes for deliveries when required. - Assist with product movement between locations, including loading vehicles when required, including organising and booking deliveries where required. - Responsible for the safety of colleagues in the workplace, reporting or dealing with any hazards, incidents, and accidents to the site manager. - Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines. - Completing various tasks around the department that may take on a more specialised role, which will be led by the demands of the day. - Securely packing products for every delivery when required. THE RIGHT SKILL-SET - FACILITIES ASSISTANT - Be able to plan, and prioritise your workload while staying focused in a busy environment. - Have experience in a similar role or environment. - Work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude, and be responsive to change. - Have excellent interpersonal.
