Job Description The Chattanooga plant is a leading global supplier of catalysts and other products and services to petroleum refiners; catalysts for the manufacture of plastics; silica:based engineered and specialty materials for a wide:range of industrial applications; specialty chemicals, additives and materials for commercial and residential construction; and, sealants and coatings for food packaging. The site is currently accepting resumes for a Stores Supervisor Job Responsibilities Include: : Responsible for the total stores operation which entails managing the inventory of parts and supplies: Receive, stock and maintain all items necessary to keep the plant operating: Responsible for the purchasing of all parts and equipment relative to plant operations and capital projects: Knowledge across various products such as tools, abrasives, pipes, chemicals, valves and fittings, fasteners, cutting tools, electrical products, PPE etc: Maintain correct inventory at established levels through use of SAP and physical inventory: Utilize 5S principles to continuously improve Stores organization and housekeeping: Continuously identifying cost:savings opportunities: Manage Storeroom budget (Annual Operating Plan) Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential: Must be PC literate including MS Word and Excel: Well organized, detail oriented and enjoys being a problem solver: Prior Stores management and knowledge of SAP preferred Required Experience: High School diploma or equivalentwith two to four years experience in a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree Preferred Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Life Insurance and Disability: Grace Wellness Program: Flexible Workplace: Retirement Plans: 401(k) Company Match : Dollar to dollar up to the first 6: Paid Vacation and Holidays: Parental Leave: Tuition Reimbursement: Company Donation Match ProgramGrace is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
