We are seeking a highly skilled individual to service existing clients and develope new clients in our base area the- South Florida Region.Position overview:Property Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative to sell our temporary and direct staffing services. The individual will need to generate new leads, follow up on leads to key accounts given to him/her, close new sales and maintain client relationships for repeat sales.Successful applicant will generate profitable sales growth by establishing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and then winning their business by demonstrating the superior quality of the products and services of Property Staffing. A successful applicant is expected to have his/her own business contacts and be able to network with individuals in Property Management Industry.Position responsibilities will include:- Visiting clients and discussing our services.- Cell phone, adequate personal computer, and adequate internet connection.- Quite environment to conduct business in a professional manner.Nice to have:- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.- Multilingual Spanish and English.- Outside sales background with proven results.- Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis (with a view to renew the services)Qualifications are:- Recruit and manage employees that are to be put on assignment.- Dependable transportation.- Highly motivated, confidence, energetic, and positive attitude.- Record and report a sales pipeline as well as assist in payroll for your employees.- two years+ commission sales background.Compensation and Perks:Generous commission package, well above the industry standards with unlimited income potential.
