Description:
Seeking a motivated Sr. Research Associate for our R&D team. Leverage bioanalytical skills in ligand binding assays for in-vivo studies. Expand experience in HPLC, electrophoresis, and spectroscopy. Responsibilities * Support critical in-vivo studies with bioanalytical expertise. * Propose assay improvements and troubleshoot independently. * Develop analytical assays for pre-clinical activities. * Coordinate sample logistics and manage internal stability studies. * Provide extra analytical support as required. * Summarize findings for group meetings. Required Skills * BS or MS in Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related field. * 2-4+ years of biotech/pharma industry experience. * Competence in ligand binding assays, especially ELISA. * Open to learning new analytical techniques like HPLC, SEC-MALS, CE-SDS, iCIEF, DLS, and SPR.
