Job summary:Work professionally and effectively with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Managers and Director of Human Resources for internal positions within Corporate on a national levelWhat you’ll do: Appropriate and consistent use of recruiting technologyProactive, rapid and effective sourcing of applicants (job boards, job fairs, etc.)Accurate applicant review and screening via telephone and face-to-face interviewProper documentationManagement report development and discussionPerformance metric reviewManage performance improvement What you’ll need: Min 5 yrs of background in staffing agency or Corporate recruitingBackground recruiting in an MSP, VMS, or Staff Augmentation environment preferredPassion for proactive sourcing strategies utilizing Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), advanced internet search, cold calling, etc. 4yr degree or equivalent This is an excellent opportunity - for more info please send a copy of your resume to XXXX@riogrp.com
