Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, and collaborating as part of the interdisciplinary health care team in the assigned areas, the staff chaplain responds to the spiritual needs of patients, families through visits, counseling, religious practices, and use of sacred texts. The Staff Chaplain participates in appropriate committees and other interdisciplinary functions, and collaborates with other chaplains (Staff and Denominational),.
