Spa Receptionist - Part Time - Weekends We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get a foothold in the spa industry to join our team at Aberdeen's newest spa within the Sandman Signature Hotel in the city centre. Ideal candidates must demonstrate a real passion for working in a luxury Hotel Spa and have a flair for delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients. Hours of work may vary slightly but will generally be around 5 to 6 hours every Saturday and Sunday between 10am and 6pm. Responsibilities Manning our spa reception desk during busy weekends. Welcoming clients, explaining the facilities and making them comfortable. Answering calls, managing the booking system, handling questions and queries. Assisting the manager and therapists where necessary. Helping to keep the spa immaculately clean. Liaising with hotel reception. Processing payments and charges. Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate. Some Spa or beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance. Experience of customer service roles are advantageous.
