The club's F and B operations will center on an all:day restaurant experience, complimented by a casual barista bar café, sports lounge, wellness studio, events auditorium, boardroom and conference center, and business lounge. Working as the Sous Chef at The Paramount Club, you will be responsible for supporting the successful operations of culinary services including a restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday) and catering. This position will exercise your culinary and creative skills while offering a desirable Monday through Friday schedule (no holidays or weekends). Your shift times will vary but will generally occur between the hours of 12noon and 11pm. The club is located in the vibrant heart of midtown, conveniently located near all major transit options.
