A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to be part of developing a contemporary kitchen with the aim of achieving 3 AA rosettes and more We are seeking a Sous Chef that is creative, composed, committed and very well organised to join and lead their team : and only a 4 day week As a Sous Chef , you will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, providing exceptional food for our customers whilst being busy and under pressure The site is a beautiful heritage building set in the Suffolk/Esinteraction countryside with 10 luxury letting rooms and 60 cover Restaurant with the facility for 30 diners in the landscaped garden.
