The Opportunity The Software Quality Assurance Specialist works with customer success and software development teams to ensure top-quality software deliverables for our industry-leading OTA DVR products. This includes validating firmware and client application releases, as well as participating in continuous improvement activities. What you’ll do in this role: Conduct manual testing for all Tablo client applications, firmware, and other areas as needed. Develop, maintain, and utilize detailed test plans for all client platforms and firmware. Clearly log and communicate any defects discovered and work with development teams to investigate as needed. Follow established quality processes, while proactively identifying and collaborating on opportunities for process improvement. What you’ll need: Degree or diploma in a discipline adjacent to computers and technology, or equivalent experience Between 2-5 years of experience in a software testing role. Experience with bug tracking applications, such as JIRA or Shortcut.
