As a Software Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial part in managing their software delivery process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. You must be Software Delivery Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects using Agile methodologies. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This means a high proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices is required. As is excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals. You will ideally have had exposure to a cloud-native application environment which includes building microservices architecture and an in-depth understanding of security and performance issues.
