Non Stop Care are looking for a Social Worker for our client in Berkshire, an independent not: for: profit service owned by a Local Authority in the area. Inclusive of a very generous R and R paid after 6 and 12 months, you will earn between GBP50,723 and GBP55,493 in your first year Responsibilities: Reporting to the Assistant Team Manager, you will hold a caseload of children who are subject to CIN, CP and CLA Plans. The work: life balance for workers in this team is exceptional, as caseloads are kept to a very manageable level and duty is office based 1 in 4 weeks Benefits: Highest Social Worker Salary in the region GBP5,000 Golden Handshake after 6 months GBP3,000 R and R after 12 and 24 months Local Government Pension Scheme 25 days holiday plus public holidays (rising yearly) Discounted Child Care (on site nursery) A range of local discounts Flexible hybrid working : Duty 1 in 4 weeks Requirements: Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England.
