Spredfast Social CRM Specialist Austin, TX, Social CRM Specialists are the frontline of interaction with clients of Spredfast and responsible for building trust and maintaining post-sale relationships. Specialists help configure our system, educate our users and develop best practices to ensure all Spredfast clients leverage the full power of the platform to meet their business objectives. The ideal Spredfast Social CRM Specialist is a good listener who is articulate, responsive, patient, and possesses the expertise to explain a wide spectrum of social media concepts to clients with varying levels of social media knowledge. Specialists will be authentic because that is who they are and not just what they advise. Our recommendations will be backed by data and strong social media execution background. All Spredfast employees have a good a sense of humor, lots of creativity, and a 'team 1st' disposition. Responsibilities 1.Performance will be measured by the annual percentage of client renewals 2.Specialists will understand and internally advocate the customers viewpoint to our technical support, marketing, product, sales and executive teams 3.All post-sales communication with client will originate with the Customer Success Team, including: Training Technical Support Regularly scheduled client check-ins Custom deliverables Working with clients to enhance their social media strategy and determine their KPIs
