Position Overview: The Team Lead is responsible for building brand loyalty in assigned territory by executing marketing and sales programs that connect consumers with the brand. This position is responsible for successful identification and execution of promotional events, retail demo execution, and working with distributor partners. Full product knowledge and understanding of product benefits are required. This is a field position working in a variety of locations. The ideal candidate works hard, is a self-starter, and is looking to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company that’s making a difference. Responsibilities: Work closely with the RMM to establish weekly priorities and areas of focus. Act as ambassador for the brand by reaching out to key members of the community. Elevate local community relationships to build brand love. Execute impactful seedings, activations, and events. Hire, train, schedule, and manage team of brand ambassadors.
