A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SKILLED CRAFTSMAN As a Skilled Craftsman, you oversee and work alongside sub-contractors, ensuring quality workmanship on projects for First Onsite clients. Thanks to your hands-on construction experience, you can do it all - from painting to installing, taping, and texturing drywall to installing both interior and exterior finishes. You are the muscle, doing physical labor for building, construction, and demolition sites. Whether loading/unloading materials, machinery, and tools or cleaning and preparing, you maintain safety at all times. You don't hesitate to help the team wherever and whenever you're needed as you are willing to travel and are available for emergency/after-hours/weekend calls. Qualifications 5+ years of construction , restoration industry preferred but willing to train Available for emergency work, after hours, and weekends when necessary Proficient in rough & finish carpentry Valid driver's license required The Company offers excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental, Life, Long Term Disability, PTO days, Paid Holidays and a 401(k) Retirement Plan.
