Green Acres Foundation is seeking a dynamic multi-tasker, with a positive attitude, and superior management skills, to be involved in the management of one (or more) of their facilities. The ideal candidate should be focused, driven, and have above average management skills. We are also looking for someone who is organized, excels at policy and procedure compliance, and is an expert communicator in both written and oral. Does this sound like you? If it is, you will perform duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and independent judgement. We are a self-motivated bunch who finds coming to work fun, so strong interpersonal and organizational skills are a MUST. What you will do: Direct the overall operations of the lodge facility (or facilities, if applicable). These areas of operation include (but are not limited to) the following: Food Services Housekeeping Maintenance Health Care (where required) Leading, motivating, mentoring, and retaining a diverse staff team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain professional, supportive, resident relationships. Administrative and reporting functions relating to facility operations. Scheduling requirements and liaising with Human Resources as required. Ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained to organizational standards. Promote and market the facility to prospective residents. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position. Strong leadership and management skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in an active environment. Customer service expertise. Standard First Aid certification. Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check Valid Class 5 driver's license. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
