Job Summary As a Shoe Shine Attendant at our premium airport lounge, your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and high-quality shoe shining services to our clientele. This hourly role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional shoe shining services promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shoe shine station. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and processing payments. Upsell additional services as appropriate. Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service and show shining preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
