About the position: Currently, we are looking for an eager Share Point Administrator for our Corporate IT team, based in Burnaby. The Share Point Administrator is responsible for installing, supporting, configuring and maintaining the Houle Share Point solution in accordance with best practices and Houle policies. Share Point Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: Support the organization to meet our corporate goals and objectives by providing expert advice pertaining to technology decisions Report progress, recommendations and decision points to Management Manage overall Share Point implementation at Houle Responsible for Share Point site map design, site collection settings, configuration and administration Manage Share Point security model, implementation and governance Perform Share Point installation, patching and upgrades, and day to day support Design and configure lists, libraries, pages, workflows and forms using Share Point or other forms solutions Research and install Share Point add-ons (Bright Work, Pentalogic, etc. ) Collaborate with IT team to meet organizational priorities, goals & objectives Share Point Administrator Experience and Skills: 3+ years direct hands-on Share Point site administration 3+ years direct hands-on Share Point configuration and design experience Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or other relevant education Share Point Certification, Business Analysis Certification, or other relevant certification Experience with Nintex or Procore forms would be an asset Customer Service skills with the ability positive productive professional relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Sound judgment and strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to function independently Ability to maintain confidentiality Culture is important at Houle.
