Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Commercial Service Manager, the role comes with an excellent salary up to A GBP 55,000 per annum (dependant on experience), a company vehicle and benefits package. This role will involve travelling across the UK at least 3 days per week, with the other 2 days being in the office and at home. As a Service Engineering Manager, you will direct cross: functional problem: solving and planning to ensure team performance, optimum efficiency and customer satisfaction through issue resolution. You will also build and maintain excellent working relationships with Key account stakeholders and implement continuous improvement and operational efficiency by introducing best practices, clear lines of responsibility and accountability. To give you an idea of how this Service Engineering Manager role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do: Manage engineers productivity, work levels and quality of work, assisting with technical advice and training where required Develop and train a professional team, able to meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of our customers Ensure engineers are working within company and legal requirements for Health and Safety Ensure customer SLAs are attained Assist in rectifying outstanding works and provide warranty support for the companys products for this Service Engineering Manager role, you will need previous experience in managing field based and back office teams, as well as managing contracts and clients and dealing with customer complaints. The hiring manager would also prefer someone to have the following skills: Plumbing and heating qualified at least to City and Guilds Gas qualified in Commercial and Laundry Managing P and L Familiarity of working to ISO 9001 quality standards Knowledge/Experience with continuous improvement.
