Partner with the best The Service Delivery Coordinator/Account Manager ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions Collaborate with others We are the leader in oil & gas industry. We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.As a Service Delivery Coordinator/Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Coordinating and monitoring all job activities, Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.Constructing business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics.Providing continuous coaching and development to the team to act quickly to address service-delivery performance deficiencies and rectify them.Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.Leading and driving continuous cost-efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery, Preparation and handling required resources for growth including equipment.Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree, preferred to be Engineering or HS Diploma with similar years of experience 5 years of ALS / ESP experience preferred Have managed or lead teams Industrial or O&G sales experience, preferred Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
